unclobberThe UnClobber Project

The book UnClobber: Rethinking Our Misuse of the Bible on Homosexuality, written by  Colby Martin, tells his story of being an evangelical pastor dealing with LGBT+ people from a biblical and compassionate framework. This book is both accessible and scripturally based, goes through each of the six "clobber texts," and shows how Christians can welcome LGBT+ people fully into God's family.

This book is a meaningful resource for Kinship members, leadership, and allies. Seventh-day Adventist Kinship is starting an outreach project to promote and distribute this book within Adventist communities. SDA Kinship will send this book to thousands of pastors, church leaders, and church members. We believe that this book will enhance the conversation about LGBT+ people in the church, help to open hearts and minds, and result in more loving churches that show God's love to all people, especially people in the LGBT+ community.

If you would like to receive "UnClobber", or know a pastor, elder, or church member that should receive a copy of the book, please enter their name and address in the form below.
We believe that people who receive a book from a friend or acquaintance, will be more inclined to read it.

This book retails for $16 USD, but  Kinship will be providing the books FREE of charge. The cost for Kinship to send each book is $10 (incl. shipping). Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to SDA Kinship, so that we can reach more Adventist pastors, leaders, and members.
